In dieser heutigen Übungseinheit beginnen wir im Stehen auf dem Spinefitter oder Tennisbälle.
Wenn Du beides nicht vorhanden hast, dann rolle einfach Deine Matte zusammen und stelle Dich auf diese drauf.
Es wird im Stehen die Balance trainiert. Danach geht es auf den Boden und Du legst Deine Wirbelsäule vom Kopf bis zum Kreuzbein ablegst.
Spüre Deine Wirbelkette. Becken kippen und wieder senken. Oberkörper aufrollen und wieder abrollen. Hat Dir dieses gefallen, freue Dich schon auf die nächste Einheit.
